🔩 Types of Connections in Steel Structures in Hindi

Structural Steel Structures में विभिन्न parts (जैसे beam, column, truss आदि) को आपस में जोड़ने के लिए connections का प्रयोग किया जाता है। ये connections structure की strength और stability सुनिश्चित करते हैं।

📘 कनेक्शन के प्रमुख प्रकार:

1️⃣ Bolted Connections (बोल्टेड कनेक्शन)

  • ज्यादातर site पर उपयोग में लाए जाते हैं।
  • अलग-अलग members को nut-bolt के माध्यम से जोड़ा जाता है।
  • दो प्रकार के होते हैं:
    • Bearing Type: Shear और bearing resist करते हैं।
    • Friction Type: High-strength friction grip (HSFG) bolt द्वारा slip resistance देते हैं।

2️⃣ Welded Connections (वेल्डेड कनेक्शन)

  • Fabrication shop में आसानी से किया जा सकता है।
  • Continuity बेहतर होती है, aesthetics अच्छे होते हैं।
  • मुख्य प्रकार:
    • Fillet Weld: आम तौर पर 90° joints में
    • Butt Weld: दो plate को face-to-face जोड़ने के लिए

3️⃣ Riveted Connections (रिवेटेड कनेक्शन)

  • पुरानी तकनीक, अब लगभग बंद हो चुकी है।
  • Rivet को heat कर के hole में insert किया जाता था और दोनों ओर से सिर बनाया जाता था।
