🔹 Partial Load Factor क्या होता है?

यह एक safety factor होता है जो विभिन्न प्रकार के loads (जैसे Dead Load, Live Load, Wind Load) पर अलग-अलग apply किया जाता है। इसका उद्देश्य load में मौजूद अनिश्चितताओं (uncertainties) को cover करना होता है।
