Data Models in DBMS in Hindi

Data Models यह परिभाषित करते हैं कि किसी database की logical structure कैसे तैयार की जाती है। data models एक DBMS में abstraction का परिचय देने वाली fundamental entities हैं। Data Models परिभाषित करते हैं कि Data एक दूसरे से कैसे जुड़ा हुआ है और System के अंदर उन्हें कैसे processed और stored किया जाता है।
बहुत पहले Data Models flat data-models हो सकता है, जहां उपयोग किए जाने वाले सभी Data को same plane में रखा जाना है। पहले के data models इतने scientific नहीं थे,

Entity-Relationship Model :

Entity-Relationship Model real-world की notion और उनके बीच relationships की धारणा पर आधारित है। Database Models में real-world का scenario तैयार करते समय, ER Model creates entity set, relationship set, general attributes और constraints को बनाता है।

ER Model एक Database के conceptual design के लिए सबसे अच्छा उपयोग किया जाता है।

ER Model is based on −
Entities and their attributes.
Relationships among entities.

Entity :

ER Model में एक Unit एक real-world entity है जिसमें गुण होते हैं। प्रत्येक attribute को set of values के द्वारा परिभाषित किया जाता है जिसे domain कहा जाता है । उदाहरण के लिए, एक school Database में, एक Student को एक Unit माना जाता है। Student की विभिन्न attributes होती हैं जैसे name, age, class ETC।

Relationship :
Entities के बीच logical relation को association कहा जाता है। Relationship को various ways से entities के साथ mappe किया जाता है।

Relational Model :
DBMS में सबसे popular data model Relational model है। यह दूसरों की तुलना में अधिक scientific model है। यह model first-order logic पर आधारित है
