PN Junction क्या होता है?

जब एक P-type और एक N-type सेमीकंडक्टर को एक साथ जोड़ा जाता है, तो PN JunctionElectronic Devices जैसे Diode, Transistor, LED, आदि का मूल आधार होता है।

PN Junction की मुख्य Properties

1. Depletion Region (डीप्लिशन क्षेत्र)
   जब P और N region जुड़े होते हैं, तो कुछ electrons और holes आपस में recombine हो जाते हैं। इसके परिणामस्वरूप एक neutral क्षेत्र बनता है, जिसे Depletion Region कहा जाता है।
