• हर activity का unique start और end event होना चाहिए।
• एक activity का end event अगले activity का start event हो सकता है।
• Dummy activity का use तभी करें जब precedence दिखाना आवश्यक हो।
• Network में किसी भी activity की sequence स्पष्ट और logical होनी चाहिए।
• किसी भी event पर दो activities के same start और end events नहीं होने चाहिए।

Network Logic और Fulkerson’s Law का महत्व

• Project Network में correct sequencing सुनिश्चित करता है।
• Critical Path identify करने में मदद करता है।
• Project duration और resource allocation accurate होता है।
• Confusion और errors को reduce करता है।

मान लीजिए एक project में 5 activities हैं: A, B, C, D, E।

• A activity start event 1 और end event 2।
• B activity start event 2 और end event 3।
• C activity start event 2 और end event 4।
• D activity start event 3 और end event 5।
• E activity start event 4 और end event 5।

इस arrangement में dummy activity का उपयोग करके dependencies clear दिखाई जा सकती हैं। Fulkerson’s rules के अनुसार sequence logical और correct है।
