Breakdown Mechanism क्या होता है?

Breakdown वह स्थिति होती है जब एक diode को reverse bias में इतना अधिक voltage दिया जाता है कि diode conduct करने लगता है, भले ही वह सामान्य रूप से current block करता हो।

Breakdown दो मुख्य प्रकार के होते हैं:

1. Zener Breakdown (Low Voltage पर)
